Left Alliance for National Democracy and Socialism

LANDS is an emerging political movement that is actively developing itself. The purpose of LANDS is to facilitate the organisation of progressives in Jamaica.

LANDS began as a single group of far-Left Jamaicans, and has since grown into a vibrant network of multiple semi-autonomous groups of progressives.

The groups that now form our base are self-organised to build consensus among themselves. The leadership and executive of the organisation are bounded by the consensus of the base.
