Preamble

The introduction and premise of the resolution.

Operative Clauses

The positions and/or decisions that are being declared by the resolution.

Breakdown of Votes

The names of all the persons who are eligible to vote in the body, and the voting status of each (i.e. Yes, No, Abstain, Absent).

Total Eligible Voters

The total number of persons who are eligible to vote in the body.

Votes in Favour

The number of persons who voted in favour of the resolution.

Votes Against

The number of persons who voted against the resolution.

Abstentions

The number of persons who decided to abstain on the resolution.

Absentees

The number of persons who did not participate in the vote at all (i.e. they never voted Yes/No or actively declared that they would Abstain).
